JOB Detail:- Applications are invited only through online mode upto 23.04.2014 for Direct Recruitment to the following posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination. Candidates, who wish to apply for the recruitment, should specify the name of the post/posts 
in the online application as per the preferential order. While finalising the selection, the option exercised by the candidates in regard to order of preference of posts in the application will be taken into account. If a candidate has not opted for any of the posts, he/she will be considered for the post in the order as specified in para - 1 of the Notification subject to his/her eligibility to the posts. A candidate once selected for a post will not be considered for the other posts.
Post Name:- 1.Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Water Resources Department, PWD:- 50 Posts
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil), Buildings, PWD:- 21 Posts
3. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) PWD:- 09 Posts
4. Assistant Director of Industrial Safety and Health (Formerly named as Assistant Inspector of Factories):- 18 Posts
Qualification:- B.E degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering OR A pass in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations under Civil Engineering branch, subject to the following further conditions namely:- I. Should furnish evidence of having under-gone practical training in surveying for a period of not less than one year. or II. Should have put in service for a period of not less than one year in Public Works Department as 
Overseer or Junior Engineer. or III. Should hold the Upper Subordinate or L.C.E Diploma 
of the College of Engineering, Guindy or L.C.E. Diploma awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, ChennaiA degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering OR A pass in Sections A and B of the Institution Examination 
with Electrical Engineering as a subject. A Degree in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or 
Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Textile Technology
Age Limit:- 18-30 Years.
Pay Scale:- Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade of Pay.:- Rs.5100/- per month.

JOB Detail:- Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a joint venture company with equity participation from Govt. of India and Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail based Mass Rapid Transit System for Delhi, NCR & other metros. Applications are invited from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian nationality for the following category of Non-Executive posts in DMRC.

Qualification:- Three years Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent or BSC Hons (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. Three/Four years Graduation course in any discipline from a 
Govt. Recognized University, and computer literacy (Certificate in Computer Application Course of a minimum 6 weeks duration). Three years Engineering Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical /Civil/ Electronics /Electronics & Communication/equivalent trade from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in specific trade. 
Age Limit:- 18 to 28 Years (i.e. born not earlier than 02.01.1986 and not later than 01.01.1996
How To Apply:- Candidates can apply for more than one post as per their qualifications. However, they must note that the written test for post codes 03, 04, 05 & 06 may be held on one single day. Written examination of remaining posts will be held on different dates. As such candidates applying for more than one post must keep this combination in mind. Candidates are required to apply online through website www.delhimetrorail.com only. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
